Custom contact form

Custom Contact Form is a Framer contact form component with a frosted glass card, a live progress card, and a scrolling services picker. It walks visitors through four animated steps and sends their message to your form endpoint or Framer Form. Use it for studio, agency, and freelance contact sections.
