StoryWall — Auto-scrolling video testimonial rail

How it works

StoryWall is a horizontal auto-scrolling rail of video testimonial cards. Drop it on any page, plug in your content, and ship.

Two layouts

• Testimonial — Full card with video thumbnail, avatar, name, role, company, quote, and 0–5 star rating

• Video Slider — Minimal video-only reel, footer hidden. Great for showreels and partner pages

Auto-scroll

Loops seamlessly at a configurable speed (px/s) and direction (Left or Right). Pauses on hover. Honors prefers-reduced-motion.

Inline video

Paste any direct mp4 or webm URL — videos play muted, looped, and autoplay inline. Per-card stagger delay via playDelay so videos don't all start at once.

Customizable

• Card width and aspect ratio (Landscape, Portrait, Square)

• Gradient card background (top + bottom color)

• Border, radius, hover lift and scale

• Eyebrow, title with {italic} accent syntax, CTA button with full color control

• Star rating color, font overrides per text element

What's not supported

YouTube and Vimeo links won't autoplay inline — direct video files only (mp4, webm).

Getting started

1. Add the component to your page

2. Open the Items array and replace the 5 default entries with your own

3. Set your brand colors on Bg Color, Card, and CTA

4. Publish
