Format Code keeps TypeScript and TSX clean inside Framer’s Code Editor.

V2 adds a focused Importer for common Framer APIs, one-click preferred-width and auto-height annotations, configurable intrinsic widths, improved readable JSX layout, compact multiline tag endings, and cleaner CSS gradient indentation.

Keep the compact Fx control open and save normally. Format Code reads the latest saved file, parses it, and only writes back when formatting succeeds.

Format Code uses the open-source Prettier library for code formatting. It is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Prettier.

Note: Framer provides plugins with the latest saved version of a code file. Keep Format Code open while working and save before formatting unsaved changes.
