Hirabel

Hirabel is a website template for recruiting, HR and people-software companies that want their product to explain itself in the first five seconds.

The home page opens on a working hiring board. Visitors drag candidates between stages (Applied, Phone screen, Interview, Offer, Hired), fill in a four-point scorecard, and drag an interview slot onto a week of calendars; when they let go it snaps to the nearest time every interviewer is free. Moving someone to Hired updates time-to-hire, and the stage counts roll as cards move. Before anyone touches it, a teammate's cursor runs a 12-second demo, and Replay brings it back.

The rest of the site keeps the same friendly look: a pale cloud background, one warm coral accent, soft stage colours, real portrait photos and a rounded display face.

Limitations: the board's candidates and demo are set in the code component. Portraits are from Unsplash; replace them with your own team's photos.
