Just finished reworking my last template, the biggest one by far. Which means my entire catalog is fully reworked now, every single one 😮💨
Honestly at this point, whether the Framer marketplace favors them or not, i'm just proud of what i'm putting out!

$53.96 affiliate sale just landed, the first "new" one that happened after the Framer update haha
After weeks of watching everything go quiet, I really needed that notification honestly lol
First sale since the Framer update!
My template is ranked 4000-ish and someone actually scrolled that far and I love them for it.
Happened yesterday, when France lost the semi final to Spain. So that sale was carrying the whole day lol
Still no sales and no new commissions since the Framer 3.0 update :(
I still think the marketplace update was necessary as we shouldn't rely 100% on a marketplace we have no control over, but I do want to share some feedback.
It's a bit frustrating to see that the top 300 templates on the Framer marketplace get all the views, while everything else gets close to nothing.
It's even more frustrating when one of your templates that used to be really well remixed and had proven its value over a long period of time, now gets very few remixes a day because of a bad ranking.
My fear is that this turns into a vicious cycle:
Bad ranking > fewer views > fewer remixes > even worse ranking
I hope I'm wrong but let me know what you think!
It takes me forever to ship a template. I question every choice, and I always come back to the same one: would I actually use this myself?
I'd rather refine my old templates over and over than start something new. How do you manage this? Ship as many as you can, or stay ruthless about each one?

But I'm starting to think that discomfort is the whole point. Not stopping!
It's Saturday and I'm reworking a template instead of resting.
Not because I have to but because it's the first thing I've built that actually feels like mine.
Funny how "work" stops feeling like work the second no one's making you do it.

The scariest redesign is redesigning what used to be your best-seller.
I rebuilt Vence but tried to protect its soul: the silk gradient, the serif, the calm.
If you've ever redesigned a best-seller, how did it perform afterwards?
First template I've rebuilt fully on Framer 3.0. This one leans all the way into the gradient hero + sticky pill nav.
Is it too loud, or just right? 👀
This week, I'm starting to build my own site to host all my templates. I'm going to release that site as a template too.
So it has to be something I'd genuinely run my own business on. Hard to set the bar higher than that!

Always risky to touch the template that used to bring in most of my revenue, but since the new marketplace update completely changed how everything works, it felt like the right moment haha
Here is my participation, I chased every shiny idea, shipped none of them, but enjoyed working with this insane new version of Framer! Good luck everyone I’m sure the community will create insane things <3
