THIS WAS MESSY.

Leading UK real estate client.

They throw in unorganized case studies, tons of materials from 20y of expertise and huge list of their team...

Few weeks in, my studio shipped what they deserved:

Impressive showcase of their expert portfolio.

Trust-building leadership positioning.

Premium packaging.

From old version overloaded with information that lacked clarity...

To clear, structured, intuitive, effortless website.

To website, that converts the clients.

We explored different layout systems, built a powerful CMS for the projects and team pages, and designed over 100 pages in under six weeks.

Tomorrow the leading team is proudly presenting it to the whole company. It feels great to deliver the impact.

The playbook to run a web studio is simple. almost boring.

Understand the business first. before color, before layout, before a single line of copy.

Then over-deliver on the design. past the brief, quietly, with all of your taste.

Make client communication the clearest thing you do. no guessing. no chasing.

Walk them through it on video. why every choice was made. how they will actually use the site once you are gone.

That is the whole thing.

And it pays off. every time.

first template out in the wild.

built for the people who move companies and lives across borders. residency, low-tax setups, the quiet machinery behind going global.

took a while to make something i'd actually put my name on.

this week, hopefully, the largest site we've ever shipped goes live.

biggest one we've built. hundreds of pages, a dozen CMS, a UK real estate name, twenty years in the market.

i like the weight of clients this size. so does the client.

the work ships faster than i can write about it.

new sites going live, launches stacking up, and the case studies just sit there unwritten.

funny problem to have. still a problem.

btw, thanks all for crossing the 300 followers here🫡

on one side, Framer drops something new and the community lights up.

on the other, a different room on Contra, where the Vice President of Contra texts me about a project.

Framer 3.0 is an insane game-changer.. Just curious about the cost of all of these AI agents doing my work🫠

dozens of leads, $50k in pipeline, one framer template.

last october i shipped nomadic to the marketplace. built it the way i would build for myself – colors and gradients i actually liked, fonts i would use.

nothing clever. just taste.

then leads started mentioning it on first calls before i brought it up. not the price. not the timeline. the vibe. they wanted that same feeling for their own site.

last week i asked my ai assistant to go through every discovery call from the last six months and count how many people named nomadic as the reason they reached out.

here is the part i keep coming back to: none of those leads were shopping for a template. they were shopping for the taste behind it. they saw the attention and decided that was the standard they wanted.

i did not game the marketplace. i just built something that looked like i meant it.

and the founders who noticed are exactly the ones i want – the ones who can feel the gap between "looks fine" and "this was built with intent."

taste is the cheapest client filter you can run. it runs 24/7, asks for nothing, and attracts the right people while quietly repelling everyone else
