Summary: Cinematic Framer site for a Boston film studio, built to showcase its short films and grow an audience for every release.

The brief: Off Screen Studios is a Boston-based independent film production company making documentaries and short films, but its website didn't do the films justice. The studio needed a site that showcases its short films, reflects the awards and accolades they've earned, promotes upcoming screenings and events, and builds an audience for each new release. The site was shaped in close collaboration with the studio, from the story it tells to how each film is presented.

Credibility at first glance: A dark, cinematic design puts award-winning releases and coming-soon titles up front.

Room to grow: A CMS production archive gives every film its own page, so new releases go live without a redesign.

The story behind the films: A dedicated page for director Brad Watts, whose background as a combat veteran and mental health clinician shapes the studio's work.

An audience for every release: An events section for screenings and premieres, with a newsletter sign-up.

Summary: Brand development and a new website for a London and Italian PR agency, built to attract senior decision-makers at luxury travel, hospitality and wellness brands.

The brief: Frog & Wolf PR builds influence for luxury travel and lifestyle brands, but their own website undersold them: dated, vague and speaking to no one in particular. The new site needed to do for Frog & Wolf PR what they do for their high-end clients: tell a compelling story to the right audience and start the right conversations.

The brand and strategy: A website doesn't work in isolation, so the project started with the business, not the site. Market, competitor and customer research, shaped closely with the team, led to a stronger brand with sharper positioning, messaging and tone of voice. The same strategy runs through a refreshed credentials deck, social media templates and an internal brand guidelines website, so every channel tells one story.

The brief: The Living Room is a new boutique yoga, Pilates and barre studio in Brighton. Most studio websites look the same: white pages, stock photos and a booking button. The studio needed a launch site as distinctive as the space and offering itself, one that builds an audience before opening and turns interest into memberships.

The brand and strategy: The website started with a creative strategy, developed closely with the founder. Customer and market research showed the gap to own: few local studios get teaching, community and design right together. A story brand framework mapped the journey from curiosity to membership, and the strategy shaped the voice, design and structure around one idea: sell belonging, not just classes.

The website: Desire before detail. Atmosphere comes first, with an Art Deco, Riviera-inspired look that makes visitors want to experience it before they read the details.

In a few years of using Framer, I've never needed urgent help. I do right now and it is impossible to get hold of a human at Framer (tried live chat, email and x.com). After transferring the project to my clients workspace, he's paid for an annual Basic Plan + Locale Add on. He needs me to get the Locale version finished and the site live TONIGHT but is only able to add me as an Editor on an annual basis. I only need one month access. If anyone at Framer is seeing this and can help now, I would be hugely grateful. 24 hours is too late as there will be email downtime and this can't happen into Monday. So frustrating that Framer does not offer urgent help in these rare occasions. Also not a great first impression for my (and your) new Framer client. If anyone can help, please let me know, Charlotte
