An 85 product Shopify store, rebuilt entirely in Framer.

One product template for all 85 pages, 15 custom code components, Framer Commerce over his existing Shopify so stock, discounts and checkout never moved. The one that cost us a day: Framer switches off automatic lazy loading for images inside smart components whose layout is driven by a variable. That is every CMS bound product card. Head code loses to the preload scanner, so the fix is a code override that runs at render. Collection LCP 3.48s to 2.12s.

Best launch weekend in his dataset. Average order A$235 to A$297.

Same store. Same $58 serum. New theme layer.

Before and after of the same store. Same product, same price, same Shopify backend.

The only thing that changed is the theme layer.

The before is what a rented theme does to a good product. Default type, a welcome popup fighting a cookie bar fighting a chat widget, and a hero that says "Welcome To Our Store" because the theme doesn't know what else to say.

The after is my Flagship Storefront method:

- Built with Framer Commerce, so every section is designed on canvas, not configured in a theme editor wires it straight into Shopify. Cart, checkout, inventory and orders never move - Products live in the CMS, so the catalogue scales without touching the design

- Code components handle the sticky add to cart and the interactions a theme can't reach

I build these for Ecommerce brands whose product looks premium everywhere except their own website.

New drop. I built this offer funnel for my own launch, it's been converting really well on Meta, so I rebuilt it from scratch and released it for the community.

Northwind: full funnel, CMS, forms, modals, appear effects, built to a client-ship standard. $99 to remix.

Go make it yours.

She had eight cooking shows and hundreds of recipes. And nowhere to put any of them.

Justine runs Savour & Wander under The TalentINK Group, the agency behind some of Australia's best-known TV chefs. Her recipes lived everywhere: years of Google Drives, four separate Squarespace show sites, live TV broadcasts, off-air archives, a 370-row spreadsheet. There was no website. Nothing the audience could actually visit.

So we built the home.

First, the consolidation. A Python pipeline crawled the Drives, parsed years of Word docs, and fuzzy-matched thousands of photos to recipes, then pushed everything into a custom Framer CMS through its Server API. 400+ recipes, structured and tagged, in one place.

Then the system. Eight interlinked collections (recipes, shows, hosts, cuisines, travel segments, podcasts) that cross-reference each other. Click a chef, see their recipes. Click a country, see its dishes.

Then the part most studios won't build. A custom dashboard: a full Next.js application that writes straight to the live site through the Framer API. Justine adds a recipe, swaps a host photo, publishes a new show, and it's live within the hour. No developer. No redeploy. No invoice.

The result: the most capable site she's ever had, and the easiest to run. $0 in dev fees to keep it going.

We don't build websites. We build the system behind them.

We were told it couldn't be done on the platform. So we engineered it anyway.

Quro Collective sells creator-led luxury travel: chef-hosted journeys, the kind a flat page and a list of dates can't carry. So we didn't build them a website. We built them a product.

The centrepiece is a real-time, 3D interactive itinerary map. 6,000+ lines of TypeScript in a single Framer code component, on Mapbox GL. 3D terrain, city-to-city route arcs, category-coded day pins that expand into sub-pins, a cinematic fly-through.

But the map is the part you can see. The clever part is the data. Two independent live pipelines feed every journey page, both reading from Notion:

→ The map: the component fetches a Vercel serverless API on load. It queries Notion, turns itinerary days into pins and routes, caches at the edge. Josh edits a journey in his backend and the map redraws itself. Zero Framer re-publish.

→ The page: Framer's Notion plugin syncs the databases into the CMS. Content, section visibility, even the booking state (draft, pre register, live, sold out, waitlist) all driven by Notion fields.

So Josh copies a template in Notion and a full journey page assembles itself in minutes. The page, the 3D map, the host's live Instagram, TikTok and YouTube feeds, the booking CTA, all populate themselves. No developer.

The first journey they launched on it sold out in days.

We don't build websites. We build the system behind them.

A link in bio, turned into a closing machine. Julian is a strength coach with a physiotherapist's credentials and a roster of serious athletes. What he didn't have was a way to sell while he coached. His old WordPress site couldn't build the funnel he needed. So we engineered it in Framer: → A VSL landing page that splits cold traffic two ways → Self-serve buyers go straight to a Stripe checkout with 3 anchored tiers → High-ticket prospects hit a 13-field qualifier before a call is ever booked → 40+ verified athlete reviews carrying the proof, plus automated Mailchimp flows The result in its first 6 months: A$11,600+ collected across 360+ payments. One page, two ways to buy, closing around the clock while he trains. We don't build websites. We build the system behind them. Want one for your business? → pivotaldesign.framer.ai
