I've applied scroll animation and in this Sticky positioned Phone layer gets clipped at the top during scroll, even with overflow set to Visible and section height at 2400px. Any idea what could cause this?

I’m trying to access the Wireframer tool in my project but it seems to have completely disappeared from my interface. I am using the desktop app/browser version. I've tried looking for it in the top-left Insert panel, searching for it via Ctrl + K, and pressing the W independently on my canvas, but cannot seem to access it anywhere. Has the Wireframer feature been moved, renamed, or fully integrated into the new AI Agents workflow?
