I built Noolagaa because I have always wanted a different kind of book space.
Not another app that turns reading into a scoreboard. Not a place that asks how many books I finished, how fast I read, or whether I am keeping up with some invisible goal.
I wanted something quieter. A place for collecting books, ideas, moods, notes, concepts, and the strange little connections that form between them. The kind of space where a book can be remembered not just as “read” or “unread,” but as something that made me think about grief, wonder, discipline, friendship, survival, childhood, power, or meaning.
Noolagaa is built around that feeling.
It is for finding books through what they carry. The questions inside them. The emotions they leave behind. The concepts they open up. The other essays, stories, and ideas they lead you toward.
I wanted a reading space that feels less like a productivity tool and more like a personal library of attention. A place where books are not trophies, but doorways.
Noolagaa is still a work in progress. This first version was ideated, collected, built, and launched on 17 June 2026. It is only the beginning
