About development Letters
Framer development for Letters, an Australian app that turns consultations and dictations into personalised medical letters. The site had to explain a product doctors had never seen before, so instead of screenshots, the interface demonstrates itself.
Almost every section is an animated product mockup. In the hero, a handwritten draft and the finished letter rise out of an envelope side by side, before and after. Further down, a cursor types into the app, PDFs drop into the upload area, and a transcription card fills its waveform while the text writes itself out. The source picker fans out its options, and the recorder runs a live timer as it switches from transcribing to complete. Small animated icons sit inside the headlines, a rolling counter shows the hours saved each week, and a tabbed walkthrough switches between the Letters and Transcribe flows. Everything builds as you scroll, so each feature plays out at the moment you read about it.
