Greenrise

Greenrise - Designed and developed in Framer for Greenrise, a real estate company in Delft. The site presents Hof van Renaud, a boutique complex of 33 rental apartments set across a restored heritage building and a former warehouse, aimed at international students and expats.

Every apartment lives in the Framer CMS, organised into three tiers (Essential, Signature and Prestige), with a custom availability filter so visitors can instantly see which units are free by their move-in month. I also built a custom interactive location map as a code component, with responsive desktop and mobile variants.
