About Gamut
Designing a website for AI agents that actually do the work
Gamut is a platform for building AI agents that can work across your browser, apps, and connected tools. Instead of just answering questions or completing small tasks, these agents can run workflows from start to finish.
The Challenge
The idea behind Gamut is powerful, but it's also pretty easy to overcomplicate.
AI agents, browser automation, integrations, triggers, models, containers, permissions — a lot is happening underneath the product.
The website needed to make the idea click quickly.
I wanted someone to understand the difference between a normal AI assistant and a Gamut agent without having to read through a technical explanation.
The Design
The main idea was to show the agents working instead of just talking about them.
The product interface appears throughout the page, showing things like agents researching leads, working across different tools, creating workflows, and handing work between agents.
That makes the product feel much more tangible.
The Result
The final direction keeps the product feeling technical and powerful without making the website feel technical.
The whole experience comes back to one simple idea:
Don't just build an AI that answers. Build one that gets the job done.
