About Linkrunner
Making mobile attribution easier to actually use
Linkrunner is a mobile measurement platform that helps growth teams understand where app users come from, what they do after installing, and which campaigns are actually driving revenue. It brings attribution, deep links, cohorts, retention, and campaign data into one place.
The Challenge
Mobile attribution can get complicated quickly.
Clicks, installs, deep links, ad platforms, SKAN, revenue, retention, and user journeys all create separate pieces of data.
The problem is that growth teams don't really want more data.
They want to know which campaigns are working and what to do next.
The Design
I wanted the user journey to be the main story.
Instead of presenting Linkrunner as another analytics dashboard, the website follows the path from the first click to the install, through user activity and eventually revenue.
That gives all the different features a clear place in the bigger picture.
Showing the Full Picture
The product brings attribution, deep links, SKAN, referrals, remarketing, cohorts, revenue, and retention together in one dashboard.
I wanted the website to communicate that connection rather than turning each feature into its own isolated selling point.
The idea is that growth teams should be able to look at one place and understand what's happening across their campaigns.
The Result
The final direction makes a fairly technical MMP feel much easier to understand by focusing on the outcome rather than the infrastructure behind it.
The idea behind the design is simple:
Know where your users come from. Know what they do. Spend more on what works.
