Design and development for Henry Labs, the operating system for agentic commerce. The platform gives any app, publisher, or AI product a way to pull shoppable product data from a URL, build a universal cart across merchants, and embed checkout directly on the platform, so users never redirect away and the platform keeps the transaction, the data, and the commission.
We built the site to carry that pitch visually: kinetic checkout animations, a clear three-step flow (product data, universal cart, embedded checkout), and a dashboard-first analytics story showing platforms exactly what their users buy and what they earn. Extensive front-end performance work (Lottie, canvas, scroll interactions) kept the experience fast despite the density of motion.
