A website built to drive orders and catering revenue

Summary: A Framer site built on spec for a London sandwich brand, designed to drive direct orders and commission-free catering enquiries.

The brief: My Favourite Sandwich is an independent sandwich brand with shops in Shoreditch, Soho and Paddington. Its one-page website worked, but it was flat: it didn’t tell the brand’s story or give customers a clear reason to order. With no brief and no commission, a new site was designed around the business’s goals (footfall, orders and catering revenue), then shown to the team as a finished site. They bought it on first presentation.

The features: A design that tells the brand’s story and turns interest into orders.

• Enhancing the brand experience: A distinctive multi-page site tells their story, with the existing identity evolved into a clearer type hierarchy, a richer colour palette and layouts that give the logo and photography room to shine.

• Every route leads to an order: Conversion-led throughout, with every path going to their Storekit ordering site or to Deliveroo.

• Catering without commission: Catering enquiries come through the site’s own forms, so the business keeps the full value of every order.

• Easy to keep fresh: A CMS menu, flexible sections for partnerships and events, an Instagram feed and email sign-up.

More catering enquiries: Later, working with the founder, the catering section was redesigned to showcase the full range of platter bundles, with contents, serving sizes and prices. Customers can filter by platter type and group size and add bundles with a running total, or skip straight to an enquiry.

Designed to scale: Every section is built from a flexible design system in Framer, so the site can evolve with the business: new locations, new menus and new campaigns, all on brand. myfavouritesandwich.co.uk.
