Who they are:
Tilco designs and builds tillage equipment for Australian farms.
How we work:
Every Sparo project starts with brand and UX strategy. Before anything is designed, we work out who the business needs to reach, what those people need to see and how the brand should make them feel. The brand, the customer journey and the website are all built on that thinking.
The challenge:
Tilco makes modern, engineered machinery, but its website looked as dated as the rest of the industry. The range is large and technical, and most of their customers browse on their phones from the paddock or the tractor cab.
What we did:
Strategy. We mapped how farmers actually shop for equipment and made the configurator the main way in. Detailed technical content moved to each product’s own page, which keeps the homepage clear and easy to scan.
Copywriting. Our copywriter wrote the homepage, the About page and a product page template that turns technical specs into clear reasons to buy, written for search from the start.
Customer journey. Products are grouped into Broadacre and Pasture, Row Crop, and Components and Accessories, with a simple mega menu on top. Farmers can configure a build, check in-stock equipment or get through to the parts store in a few taps.
Framer build. We built the site mobile first on Framer. It has a working product configurator, a hero video of the machines in action, and a clear structure the team can grow as the range expands.

We work with businesses that want a brand and website that match the quality of their work.
