Lyons Production is a Perth entertainment company that designs custom shows and supplies performers for events.
How we work:
Every Sparo project starts with brand and UX strategy. Before anything is designed, we work out who the business needs to reach, what those people need to see and how the brand should make them feel. The brand, the customer journey and the website are all built on that thinking.
The challenge:
Lyons works with very different clients, from Casino's to nightclub promoters, and each one needed to see work that fit their world. Most competitors in the industry lean artsy and cute, but the client wanted Lyons to feel sleek and professional while still being creative.
What we did:
Strategy. We positioned Lyons as the professional choice in a playful industry, with spectacle backed by real production know-how. We then mapped the four types of clients they serve and what each needs to see before they enquire.
Customer journey. Each type of event has its own page with matching testimonials and a downloadable entertainment kit. The Lookbook shows real event case studies, and the enquiry form works as an event brief, so Nat gets what she needs to quote straight away.
Framer build. We built a site led by their showreel, full screen on the homepage, with movement as you scroll. Client logos, an Instagram feed and a clear seven-step process build trust before anyone gets in touch.
