While reading through the comments, one in particular caught my attention. The person claimed they had been using AI to recreate paid templates instead of buying them.

As someone who has spent the last three months building a flagship template, that comment stopped me in my tracks.

It got me wondering:

If AI makes it easier to recreate the work of creators, what does that mean for the future of template businesses?

I don't think one comment represents the entire community, but it does raise an important question.

Creators invest hundreds of hours into research, design, development, documentation, testing, and support. If people begin to see AI as a replacement for purchasing templates, how do creators continue to build sustainable businesses?

I'm genuinely curious to hear what others think.

Is this a real concern, or am I overthinking it?
