My component went live, but it's only showing on the old marketplace and not on the new marketplace. It's also not appearing on my profile page:

I'm concerned because it was showing in the feed initially, but after a few minutes it suddenly disappeared. This makes me wonder whether the component may have been reported. I don't know if that's the case, who reported it, or why it would have been reported.
Could you please look into this and let me know what happened?
This was actually one of the concerns I raised before: what if someone misuses the report button and another creator's work gets delisted unfairly? I've put a lot of time, effort, and hard work into this component, so it's very discouraging to see it disappear without any explanation and notification.
Right now, it feels like my work has been removed without any clear communication, and I'd like to understand what happened.
