Web pointer cursor problem

I have a problem with the web pointer cursor. On my website, I have 6 tiles/cards, and each of them has the same properties and layers/stacks. I added a custom cursor (an icon next to the cursor) and a web pointer cursor to each of them. It works on some of the tiles, but not on others. I have no idea what’s causing this and I’ve been struggling with it for a long time. Can someone help me?
