Framer lets you translate content manually or with AI-powered Large Language Models (LLMs) for high-quality results.
When translating content in Framer, you can choose between AI-powered and manual translation. If you select AI, Framer uses advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver high-quality translations. See Use AI Style to control how your content is translated.
Choose a translation model
You can choose which AI model to use for translations in your locale settings. Open Localization, select a locale, and click Settings. Under AI Settings, choose an AI Model or leave it set to Auto to let Framer choose a model.

Your translation model selection is separate from your selection in the Agent panel. AI translations consume credits from your workspace’s shared allowance. See Auto Translate for Localization for the full instructions.
The LLMs powering Framer’s translations may evolve as we continue improving accuracy and performance. However, your content remains private—Framer does not use any customer data to train these models.
