About Sprout Nursery
Sprout is a website template for independent day nurseries and pre-schools. It's light and friendly without being loud: soft pastel room colours, leaf-shaped photos, a chunky headline font and a handwritten touch for the small notes.
Rooms run from the CMS. Each room has its ages, staff ratio, places, a colour, a photo, a daily rhythm, an about section and a what-to-pack list, and gets its own page. A second collection, Team, holds each person's photo, role, room, qualifications and favourite activity.
The Book a visit page has a native form for the child's age, start date, days needed (Monday to Friday tick boxes), funded hours, parent details and notes, with loading, success and error states. The live "Open now" badge shows whether you're open right now, in the hero, on the visit page and in the footer.
Pages: Home, Rooms (with forest school and holiday club), a room page, Our day (a timeline of the day, this week's menu and settling-in steps), Fees (fees table, funded hours note, what's included and a parents' FAQ), About (story, team, inspection and policies), Book a visit (form, address, hours and map), Licenses and 404. The inspection rating, URN and qualifications are clear placeholders for you to fill in.
Getting started:
Change the colours in Assets → Colors (all named Sprout/...) and the fonts in Assets → Text Styles.
Replace the rooms in CMS → Rooms and the people in CMS → Team.
Set your opening hours on the "Open now" badges in the hero, on /visit and in the footer.
Open the form on /visit and choose where visit requests go.
Fill in your fees on /fees, your inspection details on /about and your address and map on /visit.
Swap the photos for your own (with parents' permission for any children) and update the page titles in Page settings.
