When Trajectory needed a marketing site that matched the ambition of the product, Metalab turned to Framer. The brief called for precise interactions, visual depth, and creative control. They delivered all three. That project reflects a shift in how Metalab works. With Framer, they’ve been able to take on high-end work across clients without slowing down.
Since 2006, Metalab has helped shape the technology landscape by building breakthrough products for startups and brands including Slack, Coinbase, Uber, Nike, and Headspace. Today, the team spans over 200 people worldwide.
At this scale, traditional web design workflows start to show their limits. Work spreads across tools, files, and environments, making collaboration harder and slowing down iteration. Even small changes require coordination.
With Framer, Metalab’s creatives design and collaborate directly in the tool, and publish without development handoffs or engineering cycles. That’s cut their time from concept to launch by 60%, without sacrificing performance or quality.
Trove AI

Trove AI needed a site that felt trustworthy, precise, and credible to a private equity audience. Instead of overdesigning, Metalab created a minimal, lightweight experience with bold 3D visuals, clean typography, and subtle motion. Every section is intentional, with a focused layout.
The pace of work matched the ambition. Feedback came in. Changes went live the same day. For a startup building toward a critical launch, that kind of speed means decisions keep moving.
Raft

Raft is building the AI workforce for the global supply chain. They did not need a standard SaaS marketing site. They needed a category-defining experience that signaled the future of freight: sophisticated, cinematic, and unmistakably AI-native.
Metalab leaned into that ambition with a bold new site that pairs sweeping landscape imagery with rich product visuals and considered motion throughout. The team designed and built inside Framer, iterating in real time with Raft and shipping a reusable component system the client could extend, all without a separate engineering phase.
ORO

ORO lets people earn from the private data AI companies need most. It’s a bold, consumer-facing brand, and the site had to feel like one: vivid illustrated landscapes, rich color, and a tone closer to a cultural movement than a product page.
Where Raft called for cinematic design and Trove for corporate minimalism, ORO demanded personality. Metalab build an immersive, dense experience with layered animations and video, without the performance trade-offs that kind of ambition usually brings. Same workflow, completely different output.
Framer at the core
Across very different clients and sites, the process stayed consistent: Metalab’s designers owned every step inside Framer, from initial concept to published site. Full design flexibility, with real-time collaboration, no slowdown with developer handoffs, without any concessions on performance and quality.
