About Crambry
Crambry
Crambry is a New York millwork studio specializing in custom kitchens, cabinetry, and architectural built-ins.
Challenge
The website combines an editorial layout, large imagery, sticky elements, and an interactive project gallery.
The main challenge was making the experience work consistently across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile while keeping the site flexible for future content updates.
Build
I developed the website in Framer with a modular component system and responsive behavior across four major breakpoints.
Key parts of the build:
Custom responsive project gallery
Separate desktop and mobile compositions
Portrait and landscape image support
Flexible image quantities
Smooth gallery transitions
Reset behavior when switching projects
Reusable Navigation, Projects, and Footer components
Responsive typography, spacing, and sticky elements
Subtle animations and interactions
Inquiry form setup
Refinement
The gallery was tested with real project content and refined to handle different image proportions, quantities, and layouts without breaking the composition.
I also optimized the editing workflow so project content could be updated directly from Framer.
Handoff
After development, I created walkthrough videos covering content editing, responsive settings, component variants, spacing controls, and project gallery management.
Result
A responsive, component-based Framer website built around Crambry’s portfolio, with a flexible system the client can continue managing independently.
