SeasideEstate is a framer template for coastal, waterfront and luxury property brokerages — the kind that sells twenty houses a year and wants every one of them to look like it deserves it.
It is built on a single idea: the photography and the whitespace do the selling, and the interface gets out of the way. Editorial serif headlines, hairline rules, tabular figures and one restrained accent colour. No gradients, no glass panels, no generic marketing layout wearing a house.
Twelve pages ship ready. A home page with a split editorial hero and a live listing card. A filterable Properties collection with availability and neighbourhood filters. A property detail page with a key facts row, gallery, sticky agent panel, location block and related listings. A Journal with a featured lead post, an article page, About, Sell With Us with a process timeline and comparison table, Contact, three structured legal pages and an editorial 404.
Five CMS collections come filled: Properties, Neighbourhoods, Agents, Journal and Testimonials. Every field is named and wired. Prices format themselves, availability drives the status badges, each agent links to their own email and phone, and related listings filter by neighbourhood while excluding the one you are reading.
Fourteen reusable components cover buttons with nine variants, form submit states, four card types, an FAQ accordion, a CTA band and a navigation with a mobile drawer that closes when you tap a link. Thirteen colour tokens and sixteen text styles hold it together — change one token and the whole site follows.
Three forms are wired with pending, success and error states. Desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints are built desktop-first with local overrides only. Typefaces are Boska and Satoshi, both free for commercial use.
Swap the CMS for your own listings and it is your site by the afternoon.
