Do you still send PDF proposals to clients?

After running a design agency for years, I slowly stopped sending PDF proposals.

They never felt great on mobile, were frustrating to update, and always felt disconnected from the overall client experience.

I eventually started creating proposal pages instead, and this is one of the concepts I’ve been experimenting with.

I’m curious what everyone here is using today. Are you still sending PDFs, using Notion, building custom Framer pages, or have you found a better workflow?
