Has anyone experienced this before?

I checked the Activity page for one of my Framer templates and it shows 1 user. However, I haven't received any purchase notification, no order in Polar, and no revenue.

Does the "Users" metric include things like preview access, duplicated/remixed projects, or only actual customers?

I'm trying to understand how this metric works.
