Everyone’s building the same thing: portfolio templates, agency templates, SaaS landing pages. Thousands of them, all competing for the same buyers.

Why it fails:

High-volume niches feel safe because “everyone” builds them. But high volume also means high competition. You’re not competing with 10 creators—you’re competing with hundreds.

The fix:

Build for niches nobody else is building for: logistics, dental clinics, real estate, law firms, coaching businesses. Less competition. More pricing power. Buyers actively searching for exactly what you built.

How I find niches now:

I research real industries with Claude. What businesses need modern websites? What’s underserved on the Marketplace?

20 minutes of research saves months of wasted building.

Now, I am just building in almost every categories.
