the whole horizontal scroll in CUT is native Framer. no code component holding the page together.
means you can drag panels around and it just works. 🎬
kept tuning the drag physics on this reel carousel until it felt right, not just functional. a small, precise component.
five layers of motion went into The Aubrey. doors that open as you arrive was the one I kept refining. 🕯️
the look card in The Collection tilts to your cursor with a bit of foil on it.
one card doing the work so the rest of the page can stay quiet.
most templates look good. getting one to feel good is the actual work, the details nobody notices until they're gone.
the nav in CUT is a scrubber. red trail at the bottom, and the playhead moves as you go.
editors already know how to read it, so nobody has to learn a menu.
The Wire started as one question: what if cards just hung there, swaying like prints drying. built it as a component.
spent the afternoon on Still's about page on mobile. it had to hold up as clean as desktop. 🌿
nobody's ready for this one.
