Day 6 Of learning framer to build templates

Pretty much learned everything that will help me to start with designing template, As a final part of my Learning i learned about CMS , As i said earlier , I'm only going to start designing the templates after i feel confident with the tool , I think now i'm ready to start the template design , Next few days going to spent on Researching about the niche and design direction and other stuffs , will start designing in the canvas from next week.

Today I took many free templates and operated them to see how things are made , Now i have a decent idea on how templates are made , Yet to learn about CMS , By Aug 15 Planning to wind up learning phase and start building my first landing page template.

I started practicing by designing smaller components. It might take some time to get my Figma-level execution into Framer, I’m focusing on building that muscle memory and getting comfortable with the workflow.

Today, I created this card design. Tomorrow, I’ll experiment with some animations and interactions.

Day 2 of Learning framer to build templates

I completed some Chapters from Framer Academy

Today i Executed the thing i learned inside Framer canvas , For a person using Figma for 4 Years it is feels Really easy, So Many thing i found out on my own.

It feels like i'll be building templates in no time , From the progress i'm seeing on myself i think 2 weeks will be enough time to explore and start executing.

I'm planning to start from selling components in Marketplace for free then slowly move to templates , Maybe by August end i'll start designing my 1st template.

I had no idea you could share posts on Framer until today. 😄

I have 4+ years of experience designing inside Figma, but Framer is a completely different story.

I've been learning Framer for a while and have built few things like my own portfolio website, but I've never built a template before.

I'm starting that journey now and will be documenting everything I learn here. If you have any advice, resources, or feedback, I'd really appreciate it.
