Built it around 3 CMS Collections with auto-generated detail pages (Properties, Neighborhoods, Agents) — add a new listing and its full page builds itself, no extra design work.
Went for a quiet, understated luxury look rather than the usual flashy real estate template — charcoal, brass gold, and warm sand tones, Fraunces + Jost typography, subtle scroll animations only.
