Hi all, hoping someone from the team or community has run into this.
Setup:
Workspace A ("zouk refugio's Workspace") — shows as Free tier, but contains a project with an active paid Basic Site Plan (R$552/year, billed via PIX, next renewal 19/06/2027).
Workspace B (my personal workspace) — shows as Paid, but has no projects inside it.
Both workspaces' billing/Stripe customer records appear tied to the same personal email, even though Workspace A's project was originally created under a different account email.
The bug:
Editors in Workspace A get a "Reactivate Your Workspace — An active subscription for editors is required" prompt, blocking all editing.
Clicking Reactivate and going through checkout always fails with: "Something went wrong — There was an error generating your checkout. Please refresh this page and try again." This happens consistently, across browsers, after multiple refreshes.
I also can't access or edit Billing settings from inside Workspace A at all.
As a test, I duplicated the project into a brand-new workspace — checkout worked completely normally there, confirming the bug is specific to this one workspace's billing state, not my account in general.
What I need:
A fix for the checkout error directly inside Workspace A, OR a safe way to move the project to Workspace B (which already has an active subscription) without losing the existing paid Basic Site Plan or having to pay twice.
I've already opened a ticket with Framer Support and I'm waiting on a reply, but this has now been blocking my client's ability to edit their live site for several days, so I wanted to check if this is a known issue.
Has anyone else seen a paid site plan "orphaned" inside a Free workspace like this, where billing seems cross-linked to a different account's Stripe customer?
