A customer reached out because they couldn't purchase one of my Framer templates on Contra.
They tried two different cards but kept getting:
"Oops! Something went wrong. Our team has been notified."
From my side, everything looks fine, and previous purchases have worked without any issues. I'm waiting to hear back from Contra support.
Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas what could be causing it? 🤔
