Subject: Request for review of AI Agent credit usage
Hi Framer community and team,
I’m posting here because I’m hoping for a more substantive response about my recent experience with Framer’s AI Agent credits.
I joined Framer around three months ago because I needed a no-code website builder for my project. I expected a learning curve and have been working through it carefully. When Framer introduced AI Agents, I purchased additional credits because I hoped they would help me move the site forward.
However, on 7 July I used my full monthly allowance of 8,000 credits in less than 24 hours while trying to resolve issues with the Agent. It repeatedly said problems were fixed, but the issues either remained or new ones were introduced. This led to circular troubleshooting, significant credit use, and very little progress.
Support advised me to mark responses as “bad” so credits would be returned. I tried this, but the credits did not appear to be restored. When I followed up, I was told support could not reinstate them manually.
I understand AI Agents are still evolving and can make mistakes. But it seems unreasonable for a customer to lose an entire paid monthly credit allowance in one day due to repeated failed or circular Agent interactions, especially so soon after launch.
I’d appreciate a review of my 7 July usage and reinstatement of the credits used during this failed troubleshooting loop. I have screenshots showing the allowance was consumed within the day.
I’d also welcome practical guidance on how Framer recommends users work with Agents when they repeatedly claim to have fixed issues but the project state does not reflect that.
I’m not trying to be confrontational. I want to continue using Framer and urgently need to get this site live. Could someone from the Framer team please review this and advise on the next step?
