Update on My AI Agent Credit Issue
Thank you to everyone who engaged with my original post.
I contacted Framer Support after my entire monthly allocation of 8,000 AI credits was consumed in less than 24 hours while trying to resolve issues with the AI Agent. The Agent repeatedly stated that issues had been fixed when they had not, or introduced new issues, resulting in a circular troubleshooting process with very little progress.
I asked Support to review the activity, consider reinstating the credits, and provide guidance on how users should proceed in situations like this.
The response I received was to use the "Mark as Bad" feature to recover credits.
However, I had already done exactly that, following previous guidance from Support, and the credits were not returned. As a result, my main concern remains unresolved.
To be clear, I understand AI tools are still evolving and mistakes will happen. My concern is that a month's worth of paid credits can be consumed through repeated unsuccessful interactions, yet there appears to be no review process when the credit recovery mechanism itself does not work.
I also have a question about this community forum. The response above came through a separate support email, not through this discussion. Given the engagement on the original post, I'd be interested to know whether Framer team members actively review community discussions relating to AI Agents and credit policies.
I'm interested to hear from other users:
Has "Mark as Bad" successfully returned credits for you?
Has anyone had credits reinstated after a similar experience?
Have you experienced issues with excessive AI credit usage?
I want to continue using Framer and get my site live, but I believe this issue deserves further attention.
