Marketplace templates: anyone else having automatic delivery issues?
Hi everyone,
I recently published my first Marketplace template, and I've run into an issue with automatic delivery after purchase.
Here's what's happening:
- Customers successfully complete the purchase through Polar.
- I can see all orders as Paid in Polar.
- However, customers never receive the Remix Link automatically.
- I have to manually send the Remix Link to every buyer.
I contacted Framer Support, and one of the support agents confirmed that the Remix URL field being read-only is a bug and forwarded it to the engineering team.
However, I also received another email asking me to check my "remix link delivery setup", which confused me because I'm using the official Framer Marketplace + Polar integration and was never asked to configure any manual delivery workflow.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
If there is actually a delivery setup that Marketplace creators need to configure manually, I'd really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks!
My first Framer template is finally live!
Velora was designed for wellness, healthcare, and longevity brands with a focus on clean typography, calm aesthetics, and flexible layouts.
I spent a lot of time refining every section and would really appreciate any feedback from the Framer community.
Hope you like it!
