Grisaille is a free black-and-white personal site for freelance designers and developers. Your portrait sits in grey under your name, and visitors paint it back into colour with the cursor. It also has a services accordion, a work history with a cursor preview, and a Projects CMS with six sample projects. Free to remix, and a free Framer account can publish it on a Framer subdomain.

Your copywriter doesn't need a Framer seat. Galley exports every word on your site, pages and CMS, into one plain text file. They edit it in Word or Google Docs, you drop it back in, and Galley shows every change before anything is written. Repeated breakpoints are skipped, so each sentence appears once. Free, and nothing leaves your machine.

Your code component works on your canvas, then Framer's review rejects it, or the published site breaks on hydration. Tripwire reads every code file in your project and flags what will fail before you submit: a missing static-renderer check, a loop that never pauses off screen, two property controls collapsing onto the same key, and 17 more rules, each from something that actually shipped and broke. Click a finding and it opens the file. Free, and your code never leaves the project.

Flythrough is a scroll-scrubbed video component that tells one story across several clips. Each chapter is pinned to your page's own sections, a scroll-linked crossfade hands one clip to the next, and a chapter rail shows where the visitor is and jumps to any chapter. A free encode script is included. $20.

Pinwheel is a colourful portfolio for freelance graphic and brand designers. The Slots board shows clients which months are open, nearly full or booked, and Start Brief lets them tick deliverables to see a starting price and a rough timeline. The brief they pick arrives with the contact form. $49.

Your brand green probably exists seven times.

Nobody does it on purpose. Someone picks a colour with the eyedropper instead of the style, a client asks for a bit darker, a section gets pasted in from another file. A year later the project holds #1f6f4a, #206f4b, #1e6e49 and #216f4c — four colours, one intention, and no way to find them.

Framer lets you make colour styles. It will never tell you where you are not using them.

Patina compares colours the way an eye does, not the way a hex code does. #ff0000 and #ff0a00 are ten apart in RGB and indistinguishable; #000000 and #0a0a0a are also ten apart and plainly different. So it works in CIELAB with CIEDE2000, shows how far apart your shades really are, and points every layer at one style in a click.

On the demo project: 7 colours, 2 of them on a style. Two clicks later: 0 colours, 10 on a style.

It will not chain two shades together through a third, it will not treat a half-transparent black as a dark grey, and it leaves text styles alone rather than pretending.

Free. No network requests, nothing stored in your project.

New template: Forkful, for dietitians and nutrition coaches. Visitors move a few sliders and get daily calories, protein, carbs and fat for their goal, and every recipe in the CMS scales its servings and switches between grams and cups. There's also a call picker that shows your free times in the visitor's time zone. Coaches, which would your clients use first?

New template: Smileline, for dental clinics. Patients tick the treatments their dentist recommended, switch between insurance, a membership plan or neither, and see their share, or the monthly amount on a 0% plan, before they book. It also has an open-now badge and a visit picker. Dentists, would a price up front help your patients book?

New template: Office Hours, for tutors. Type your weekly hours once and visitors see your free times in their own time zone, pick up to three, and the picks arrive with the booking form. There's also a price calculator for per-lesson, monthly and termly totals. Tutors, would you let parents pick times like this?

Hey Framer community 👋 I'm Nermin from Sarajevo, and I make Framer templates and components as NS. Studio.

So far: 25 templates, 12 components and 3 vector sets. 7 of them are free.

The rule I build by: every template has to do one real job, not just look good. A festival site whose timetable visitors actually plan with. A job board whose filters you can share as a link. A newsletter site that shows which sponsor spots are still open.

The video is a quick look at three of them. Everything is at https://ns-studio.store

What's a site you'd want a template for that nobody has made yet? Tell me below, the best idea goes on my list.

A newsletter template that sells its own ad slots.

Broadsheet's sponsor page turns your next send dates into a calendar. Sponsors pick a placement, choose open issues, see the total add up, and send a booking request with everything filled in. Booked dates stay greyed out. The signup form connects to Kit, Mailchimp, Buttondown, Substack or a webhook.

A job board template where the filters do the work.

Shortlist keeps jobs in the CMS. Search, category, workplace, job type and minimum salary filter the list live, and the filters stay in the URL, so a link like ?cat=Design&where=Remote opens already filtered. Jobs hide themselves after their Days Live, and every job page carries Google for Jobs data.
