Community & Events Lead North America
As a Community & Events Lead for North America, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing a series of engaging community meetups and fostering a vibrant online community to enhance user engagement and growth in North America.
What you will do
Plan and execute 12 meetups annually across North America
Plan and execute two 2-day online conferences.
Create comprehensive event plans, manage budgets, and handle logistics like venue selection and catering.
Work with swag vendors to ensure high-quality Framer merchandise at every meetup.
Engage with the online community to strengthen relationships and increase brand awareness.
Monitor community channels, respond to inquiries, and facilitate positive and inclusive discussions.
Track and measure the success of meetups and community engagement initiatives, using data-driven insights to enhance future strategies.
Your background
Demonstrated experience in event planning, preferably in a community-focused role.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
