I just added an About section to wenlaunch.io

Writing it made me stop and think about what I'd actually want to say.

Here it is: WenLaunch is small. On purpose.

Everyone keeps saying AI will replace small studios. I think it's the opposite. AI made me faster than teams ten times my size. What it can't do is care about your project. That part is still me.When you work with WenLaunch, you get me.

I'm in every design file. Every call. Every launch. There's no account manager in the middle. No handoff to a junior designer you never met after the contract is signed.

I won't name names, but if you've hired a big agency before, you know exactly what I'm talking about. And staying small hasn't meant staying with small projects. I've built sites for startups that raised millions, and for companies that are publicly traded.

They didn't come for the size of the team. They came because the person they talked to on day one is the same person who ships the site.

Small isn't the weakness in the age of AI.

Pie came out of stealth today and raised $23.7M led by Lightspeed.

I designed and built their site in Framer.

I love AI companies that look out for the small guys instead of just chasing enterprise. Pie is bringing real growth tools to small business owners, and I think it's going to be huge.

I had a ton of fun building this one for all the cat lovers. With Framer Agents, my workflow has completely changed over these last few days. I'm building things I never imagined I could in Framer.

Doron Supply makes digital tools for creatives—textures, effects, brushes. The kind of assets designers actually use.

They’d been at it for years, but their custom-coded site was slowing everything down. Ideas kept stacking up. And every update meant waiting on a developer. So we rebuilt the experience in Framer.

The brief was brutally specific: it couldn’t just look good—it had to feel like the product. Anything less, and their audience would spot it immediately.

We shipped a Framer + Shopify build: Shopify runs the commerce engine, Framer owns every pixel customers touch. Then we added Unicorn Studio for WebGL moments, Klaviyo for lifecycle email, and a custom collection filter system—so the Doron team can launch new product lines without dev help.

The difference showed at launch. Now the community’s calling out the speed, the polish, and the look—distinct, smooth, and unmistakably Doron.

When you’re selling to designers, “good enough” doesn't cut it. You have to raise the bar.

Love the weekends. No discovery calls, no client comms, just heads-down building.

Right now I'm deep in Framer 3.0 and wrapping up a clean software site. The new features are fun to play with.

Last Month I wrapped up an invitation site for Dr. Apa, the cosmetic dentist behind some of the most photographed smiles on earth.

For his high-ticket NYC event this September, the site had to feel just as premium.

They've been in the game for years, but their custom code setup was holding them back. Creative ideas kept piling up. Every one of them needed a developer to ship. So we moved the redesign to Framer.

The brief was impossibly specific. The site couldn't just look good. It had to feel like an extension of the product itself. Anything less and the customer base would see through it instantly.

We built it as a Shopify and Framer hybrid. Shopify handles the commerce backend. Framer handles every pixel a customer sees. Then we layered Unicorn Studio for the WebGL effects, Klaviyo for email flows, and a custom collection filter system so the Doron team can drop new product lines on their own.

Spent all day building this and I'm so excited to finally share it 🐱

Nekopedia — an encyclopedia of all 104 cat breeds, but reimagined as a tiny low-poly world you can actually explore. Drag around an infinite grassy canvas, zoom through the cats, and tap any one to flip open its card: stats, origin, traits, rarity badge, fun fact, and a real photo.

Night mode, a spotlight cursor, ambient lofi, a unique meow for every cat... I went a little overboard, but I love cats so it didn't feel like work.

The best part was finding some genuinely cool ways to use the new Framer Agent to pull this off. it unlocked stuff I didn't think I'd be able to build solo in a day.
