Scanline Strip is a logo marquee, tech stack strip and client logo showcase for Framer that replaces the usual row of grey logos with one that is read by a moving scanner line.
Whatever the line touches turns colour. Not as a state that flips on: the colour is a per-pixel mask, so an item lights up progressively, icon first, then each letter as the line walks across it. It holds full colour while the line is inside it and releases once its trailing edge clears.
It picks its own mode
If the row fits its container, the line sweeps across it. If it does not, the row scrolls and the line holds at the centre. Measured against its container, not guessed from the window width. You never choose.
