3D Magazine Gallery is an immersive WebGL powered component that transforms static content into a realistic page flipping experience. Instead of traditional sliders or galleries, it presents images as layered pages of a digital magazine, allowing users to scroll or drag through content with smooth, physics-inspired motion.

As users interact, pages rotate, stack, and separate in 3D space, creating a natural sense of depth and continuity. The animation is carefully designed to simulate real page behaviour, including thickness, spacing, and progressive unfolding, making the experience feel tactile and engaging.

The component supports both uploaded images and external URLs, allowing full flexibility when working with Framer CMS or custom content. Images are automatically arranged into a texture atlas for optimised rendering, ensuring smooth performance even with multiple pages.

A customizable intro animation introduces the magazine with a cinematic unfolding effect, followed by continuous scrolling interaction. Users can navigate using the mouse wheel, touch gestures, or drag input, all enhanced with inertia and smoothing for a fluid browsing experience.

Designers have full control over layout and behaviour, including page count, spacing, thickness, camera perspective, scroll sensitivity, and animation timing. This makes it easy to adapt the component for different styles, from minimal editorial layouts to bold interactive showcases.
