Product Activation Lead
Framer seeks a talented Product Activation Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our product design and development, you will focus on enhancing user activation metrics. Through extensive user research and observation, you’ll identify high-impact improvements and measure their effectiveness.
What you will do
As a Product Activation Lead, your role involves driving user activation by continuously improving the user experience. This includes tasks such as:
Conducting extensive user research and observation
Executing a product roadmap focused on user activation
Collaborating closely with product engineering on implementation
Measuring and analyzing the results to ensure continuous improvement
Engaging with users to gather feedback and refine the user experience
Your background
Proven experience in product design within the creative or web design and development industry
Familiarity with leading platforms such as Figma, Webflow, Miro, Canva, Squarespace, or Notion
Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Well rounded visual design skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for improving user experiences and driving product activation
