Connect Framer's native Form element — no external provider needed. Responses flow to email, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make or a webhook. An onSubmit handler is exposed for custom routing from a code override.

Text, Email, Phone, Password, Textarea, Select, Radio, Multi-select checkboxes, Date, Number, Range, File. Each with label, placeholder, helper text and required toggle.
MULTI-SELECT
Give a question a list of options and let people pick as many as they like — ideal for qualification questions. Every choice arrives under the same field name, so nothing is lost on submit.
LOGIC & VALIDATION
• Conditional fields based on earlier answers
• Required, email format, min/max length, number ranges, regex patterns
• Per-step validation with inline error messages
• Review step summarising every answer before sending
BUILT PROPERLY
• Accessible — labels wired to inputs, option sets announced as groups, errors read out, full keyboard support
• Real form submission, so Enter works as expected

Simple mode gives visual Steps and Fields lists, switchable from one panel toggle. JSON mode takes a full schema — an AI prompt is included to generate one in seconds.

Framer Forms receive the file name, not the file. Read the upload from the onSubmit event.
