About Component
Video Scroll turns any sequence of video clips into an immersive, scroll-driven story. As visitors scroll, each clip crossfades in while pinned full-screen, with synchronized title and description text that animates in word-by-word — the same scrollytelling effect used by Apple, Stripe, and top product sites.
Drop in your own video clips (or use the built-in placeholders) and customize text position, overlay opacity, progress dots, a vertical progress bar, and an ambient slide-number background — all from the Framer property panel, with zero code required. Every layer is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Built for performance: video playback is automatically disabled while editing on the canvas and during thumbnail or image exports, so your project stays fast and your published site only loads media when it's actually visible to visitors.
A built-in Demo Mode lets you live-preview every style option — text alignment, dots, progress bar, scroll hint — directly inside the component before you commit to a final layout.
Features
Scroll-pinned video crossfade between unlimited slides
Word-by-word animated title + description reveal
Customizable overlay, text color, size, and position
Progress dots, vertical scroll bar, ambient slide number
Animated "scroll to continue" hint on first load
Fully responsive (desktop / tablet / mobile)
Built-in Demo Mode for live style previewing
Optimized for editor performance — no autoplay on canvas or in exports
Keywords
scroll video, scrollytelling, pinned video section, scroll-driven animation, video background, Framer scroll component, parallax video, scroll storytelling, video hero section, animated scroll text
