It installs a reusable Code Component with WhatsApp, phone, email, Telegram, Messenger, Calendly, Google Maps, and Waze actions. The component is responsive for mobile, tablet, desktop, and large screens.
Pro features include a setup wizard, industry presets, premium visual themes, WhatsApp chat preview, quick replies, optional lead capture, business hours, online/offline messages, page rules, department routing, multilingual copy, and click analytics.
Setup: open the plugin, choose an industry preset, select language and trigger behavior, add phone numbers and optional channels, then click Install & Insert Dock. After insertion, every option remains editable in Framer controls.
Analytics: enable Tracking, choose All, GA4, GTM, Meta, Custom, or Off, and test events with GA4 DebugView, GTM Preview, or Meta Pixel Helper. Default event: whatsapp_contact_dock_click.
Languages: use Manual for one language, Browser for visitor language detection, or URL path rules for multilingual sites such as /ro, /de, and /fr.
Location: add Google Maps for universal map access and Waze for direct navigation. Both URLs are editable for each client location.
