Urbane is for people selling a small number of expensive homes. Boutique agencies, solo realtors with a private client list, developers working with architects.
The design is deliberately quiet. Plenty of whitespace, editorial type, animation used sparingly. There's a custom preloader on entry that reveals the wordmark letter by letter, then wipes away in vertical panels. It runs a little over two seconds and sets the tone for everything after it.
Six pages. Home, Listings, Listing detail, About, Contact, and a 404.
Two CMS collections that talk to each other. Listings has 24 fields covering status, property type, beds, baths, square footage, pricing, a hero image and four gallery shots, features, and build year. Agents holds bios, roles, and contact details. Each listing references an agent, so the right advisor shows up on the right property.
Interactive pieces written in code, not assembled from frames. The preloader, a services index with hover imagery across the full row, a filterable listings grid, the property gallery, an FAQ accordion, a marquee, and a contact form that works.
Color and text styles set up properly. Change Ink, Paper, Cream, Stone, and Accent and the whole site restyles.
Every breakpoint done. Desktop, tablet, and phone, on every page.
Clash Display and Satoshi come from Framer's font library, so there's nothing to install. The CMS is already populated with sample listings. Replace the content and you're most of the way there.
