This Media Scroll Sync component for Framer lets you control video playback as you scroll your website.

Scroll down, and the video plays forward. Scroll up, it rewinds. You can add a custom background, choose how it reveals itself, and decide whether it kicks off on a button click or automatically as visitors scroll past it.
