Marketplace Lead
Framer’s marketplace is a vital part of our product-led growth strategy. It enhances the core product by offering additional value through templates and plugins. We seek a leader with e-commerce experience to manage product development, increase adoption, and handle daily operations.
What you will do
As a Marketplace Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our online marketplace, while maintaining high standards of quality and usability. Your duties will include:
Overseeing the review process for new templates and plugins
Managing the review team and daily operations of the marketplace
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the marketplace
Working with product design and engineering to enhance the user experience and increase adoption
Engaging with creators to gather feedback and drive improvements
Your background
Experience in the web design industry
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Proven track record in e-commerce or marketplace environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
