Senior Account Management

We seek an Senior Account Manager to join our customer success team. You’ll be the primary contact for our existing Enterprise customers and will be responsible for expansion and renewal. You’ll work closely with our product specialists and ideally have a web design background with deep industry knowledge.

What you will do

As Framer's first Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our growth journey. We’re seeking a dynamic, driven individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for making customers successful. Your tasks will include:

  • Build and nurture relationships with our enterprise customers to ensure their success.

  • Manage enterprise upsells and renewals

  • Expand existing contracts to other teams within the organization

  • Get new customers up and running in Framer

  • Organize onboarding sessions and team training together with our product specialists

  • Implement industry best practices for account management

  • Coordinate in-person visits to strategic accounts

  • Proven Success in Customer Success or Account Management: You’ve thrived in a high-growth startup environment and are ready to take on a new challenge.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Your passion for customers is evident in everything you do.

  • Web Design & Development Savvy: You understand the web design and development process and can speak the language of our users.

  • Excellent Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-tier, allowing you to build strong relationships and navigate complex conversations.
